Did David Really Make Guitars for Stars?

eddie_little_guitars_6_107-Uh… yeah! Before software development, David Petschulat built guitars for some of the top artists in rock’n’roll. He sold his unique creations to clients including Eddie Van Halen, Jackson Browne, Nancy Wilson & Howard Leese (Heart), Mick Jones (Foreigner), Steve Morse (Dixie Dregs, Deep Purple), and Dave Hlubek (Molly Hatchet).

The first locking vibrato that had fine tuners attached was invented by David (Eddie Van Halen being amongst his first customers), and for some years he made his living doing R&D, patenting, and licensing such inventions within the musical instrument manufacturing industry. Using computers first for CAD design and engineering, his pioneering continued on into business systems and analytics.

The BI tools produced by Gull Prairie today, very much reflect the same sense of invention – the determination to craft a superior instrument – that went into making these exotic tools for the world’s top musicians. It’s the very same spirit of innovation now which drives us to produce absolutely top-flight BI tools – for our absolutely top-flight customers.
